Shipping policy

1. Items Eligible for Standard Shipping

  • What We Ship: Paint, brushes, decoupage, and decoupage tools.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight.

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times vary and depend on Australia Post. 

  • Tracking:  All shipped orders will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Furniture (Bespoke/Finished Pieces) Shipping Policy

  • NO SHIPPING: Treasures Untold DOES NOT provide shipping or delivery services for any finished or commissioned furniture pieces, unless agreed with Sarah Goodwin as part of the commission process.

  • Two Options:

    1. Customer Collection:

      • The customer must collect the item from our Mandurah studio within an agreed timeline after being notified of its completion.

      • Collection must be booked in advance during specific business hours.

      • Liability: Liability for the item transfers to the customer once it leaves our Mandurah studio.

    2. Customer Arranged Transport:

      • The customer is responsible for booking and paying for their own third-party courier or freight service.

      • The courier must be fully insured by the customer.

      • The customer must inform Treasures Untold of the courier's name and expected collection date/time.

      • Liability: The customer is entirely responsible for the furniture once it is handed over to the courier.
